Young man (20s) killed in early morning collision in Cork
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward

A man in his 20s has died following a single vehicle collision in County Cork early this Wednesday morning.
Gardaí are currently at the scene of the fatal single vehicle collision that occurred at approximately 6:45am at Gortnalahee, Carrignavar, County Cork.
The driver and sole occupant of the only car involved in this collision, a man in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road at Gortnalahee remains closed and a technical examination by Forensic Collision Investigators will be conducted. Local diversions are in place.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the Gortnalahee area between 6:35am and 6:55am are asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
