The sentencing of Tom and Molly Martens in a North Carolina Court for the manslaughter of Limerick dad Jason Corbett brings some closure to the terrible events of August 2015 when he was bludgeoned to death at his home by the father and daughter.
But it has left a terrible scar on his loving family who have had to sit through weeks of shocking evidence which painted a false picture of him as a violent and threatening man.
Nicola speaks to Niall Donald about the sentencing which will see the pair serve between 7 and 30 months in jail.
